Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jar herring in cream, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup ripe olives
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  3. Transfer the mixture to a crock or serving dish, cover, and chill.
