Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. onion
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 qt. tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet until no longer red.
  2. Chop up the onion and add it to the skillet; cook until it starts to become clear.
  3. Add the quart of tomatoes to the skillet and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Chop the cabbage and add it to the skillet.
  5. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
