Colorful and fruity, these holiday gelatin gems combine strawberry and lime flavors with fresh fruit for a festive treat suitable for gatherings and special occasions.

- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add 1/2 cup of ginger ale to the strawberry gelatin.
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer.
- Gradually beat the strawberry gelatin mixture into the cream cheese.
- Pour into a Flintstones mold sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
- Chill until set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add 1/2 cup of ginger ale to the lime gelatin.
- Chill until thickened.
- Stir in chopped strawberries and bananas.
- Spoon the fruit mixture over the gelatin in the mold.
- Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
- Unmold the gelatin gems.
