Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, sugar, eggs, and warm water until well combined.
  2. Add oil, salt, and flour to the mixture and stir.
  3. Let the dough stand for 8 hours or overnight to rise.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each out as if making pie crusts.
  5. Cut each rolled-out section into 8 pie-shaped pieces.
  6. Roll the wide edge of each piece into the point to form a crescent shape and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Let the shaped rolls rise for 6 hours.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
