Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) loaf round rye bread

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry vegetable soup mix, mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, chopped water chestnuts, and chopped spinach in a bowl.
  2. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out rye bread loaf.
  3. Serve the dip with bread pieces from the hollow, then rip off pieces until the loaf is gone.
