Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, scrub and slice in chunks
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix last 5 ingredients in a plastic bag.
  2. Shake potatoes in mixture.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and pour margarine over.
  4. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Cover with foil.
