Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag wide egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can peas

Instructions

  1. Saute onions.
  2. Add ground beef to onions; brown.
  3. Add bacon, peas and tomato soup.
  4. Cook and drain noodles; add to other ingredients.
  5. Put in a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish and add desired salt and pepper.
  6. Bake at 250° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serves 6.
