Ingredients

  • 6 thin sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup thin sliced onion
  • 1 cup thin sliced bell pepper
  • 1 cup red vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt over sliced cucumbers, onion, bell pepper.
  2. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  3. Drain, add vinegar sugar and celery seed.
  4. (Do not cook.)
  5. Mix well - keep in refrigerator.
