Ingredients

  • 9 oz. frozen French-style green beans
  • 3 to 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the mashed potatoes, cooked sausage, and Velveeta cheese in chunks in a casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of frozen French-style green beans on top.
  3. Layer the remaining mashed potatoes, remaining sausage, and the entire package of vegetables.
  4. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, top with the remaining Velveeta cheese, and bake until the cheese is melted.
