Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Boil chickpeas for 15 minutes and mash like potatoes.
  2. Add garlic cloves, sesame oil, lemon juice, and salt to the mashed chickpeas.
  3. Mix everything together well until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve in a flat dish and decorate with parsley.
