Honey Chops

- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown chops for about five minutes on each side.
- Lower heat; cook for 10 minutes on each side or until the middle is no longer pink.
- In the meantime, combine scallions, honey, soy sauce and cayenne.
- When meat is cooked, remove from pan and place on a heatproof platter. Pour the remaining combined ingredients into the pan.
- Reduce heat to low and stir for a minute to heat and thicken.
- Pour over chops and serve.
