Honey Ham Steak

Ingredients

  • ham steaks
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix oleo, dry mustard, lemon juice and honey.
  2. Grill ham steaks direct over the coals for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. During the last 10 minutes, baste the ham steaks with the honey glaze frequently and serve.
