Honey Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups porridge oats
  • 2 cups sultanas
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup demerara sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 8 ounces butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and honey together and stir in the dry ingredients.
  2. Press into a 9x12" tray and bake at 160C for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Use knife to mark into 16 bars while still warm to make cutting easier when cooled.
  4. Bars will keep for several days in airtight container.
