Ingredients

  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put orange juice, water, honey, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup of the mixture and return it to the saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Boil for two or three minutes.
  5. Cool the glaze and brush it on the ham. The honey glaze does not tend to run off as some other glazes.
