Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Butter a loaf pan.
  3. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and giner in a large bowl, add the honey, egg, and milk, and beat with an electric beater for about 20 minute.
  4. spoon inton the pan and bake for about 50 minute
  5. Remove from the pan and cool on a rack.
