Honey Roasted Figs

- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Put figs on pan, cut side up, and drizzle with honey.
- Bake until bubbling, tender, and lightly caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Serve warm.
