Honey-Walnut Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine oil and mustard with a wire whisk; stir in vinegar and water.
  2. Add honey, whisking until blended.
  3. Add nuts; cover and chill.
  4. Just before serving toss with torn fresh spinach, radishes, watercress and crumbled cooked bacon, if desired.
