Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a bowl or saucepan.
  2. Add the eggs, slightly beaten, and the sour cream; mix well.
  3. Stir in the creamed corn, drained whole kernel corn, and corn muffin mix.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden and set.
