Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 bottle Texas Pete
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken wings and season with salt, pepper, and tenderizer.
  2. Place the wings in a baking pan.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) until one side is done, about 30 minutes.
  4. Turn the wings over and bake for another 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Pour Texas Pete sauce over the wings.
  6. Bake for a little longer to let the sauce set.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
