Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn, well drained
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt cream cheese with butter and milk until smooth. Fold in other ingredients.
  2. In a 2-quart pan, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
