Instructions
- Line a pan with foil, allowing enough extra to wrap around the ham, and cover the bottom of the pan with garlic salt.
- Skin the ham and insert green chili peppers (from pepper sauce bottles) about every 2 to 3 inches apart all around the ham.
- Place the ham in the pan and cover it with garlic salt.
- Slice a medium onion and place it on top of the ham.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 250°F for 12 hours.
