Ingredients

  • 1 whole ham
  • green peppers
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Line a pan with foil, allowing enough extra to wrap around the ham, and cover the bottom of the pan with garlic salt.
  2. Skin the ham and insert green chili peppers (from pepper sauce bottles) about every 2 to 3 inches apart all around the ham.
  3. Place the ham in the pan and cover it with garlic salt.
  4. Slice a medium onion and place it on top of the ham.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 250°F for 12 hours.
