Ingredients

  • pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon fillets skin side down in a greased shallow baking pan, side by side.
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
  3. Drizzle the fillets with liquid smoke.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.
  5. Drain any excess liquid from the fillets.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
