Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fish
  • 2 oz. cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. diet margarine
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Dip the fish in vinegar or soak if time permits.
  2. Mix together cornmeal, paprika, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish with the cornmeal mixture after soaking in vinegar.
  4. Place the coated fish in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cornmeal mixture on top of the fish.
  6. Pour melted margarine over the top.
  7. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 30 minutes without turning.
