Creamy mushroom and cheese filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect as a spicy snack or appetizer for mushroom lovers and entertaining guests alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 large can B & B mushrooms
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mince the mushrooms and mix them with softened cream cheese.
  2. Sprinkle the mixture with garlic salt.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and cut into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mushroom and cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescents to enclose the filling.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the crescent rolls.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
