Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • vinegar (apple cider)
  • cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Pack jars with cucumbers and spoon the remaining ingredients over the top of filled jars.
  2. Fill the jars to the brim with vinegar.
  3. Seal jars and set aside for at least 2 weeks.
  4. Do not process in any way; the strong brine will prevent spoilage.
