Ingredients

  • 3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans chopped Ro-Tel
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped finely
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Boil green chiles, Ro-Tel, onion, and garlic until the onion is tender.
  2. Add milk and stir continuously.
  3. Add cheese and stir over medium heat until the cheese melts.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
