Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot peppers, sliced
  • 5 c. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place sliced hot peppers in a glass container.
  2. Bring white vinegar to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot vinegar over the peppers in the container.
  4. Put on a loose lid and let stand for 1 week.
  5. Remove peppers and use the infused vinegar as a condiment.
