Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 hot peppers, diced or whole
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • Italian sausage, diced (optional)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
