Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 can fried onions

Instructions

  1. Separate the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Layer the slices of Swiss cheese over the rolled dough.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk, then pour evenly over the cheese and dough.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and fried onions on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the quiche to set for a few minutes after baking.
  7. Cut into small squares and serve.
