Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 envelopes yeast
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, oleo, salt, and 1 cup water in a saucepan over low heat to melt the oleo. Cool to lukewarm.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water; add to the first mixture.
  3. Beat eggs and add to the mixture.
  4. Stir in flour until well combined.
  5. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
