A zesty and flavorful hot sauce dip made from fresh tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos, perfect for adding spice to chips, tacos, or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. can tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the tomatoes into a blender.
  2. Put about one-third of the tomatoes in the blender.
  3. Cut the remaining tomatoes into small chunks.
  4. Add garlic, jalapeno peppers, salt, minced onion, and garlic salt to the blender.
  5. Blend for about 5 seconds.
  6. Add the blended mixture to the chunked tomatoes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
