A warm, creamy savory dip combining sharp Cheddar and Swiss cheeses with mustard and hot sauce, perfect for serving with meatballs or vegetables at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole. Cover and cook on Medium for 6 minutes.
  2. Stir thoroughly halfway through cooking time.
  3. Serve as a warm dip for meatballs or vegetables.
  4. Keep warm on fondue burner.
