- Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a baking dish to form the first layer.
- In a skillet, cook the ground chuck and hot sausage until browned and cooked through.
- Add the cooked meats to the baking dish over the beans.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese and hot Mexican cheese into chunks and layer on top of the meat mixture.
- Pour in the cans of tomatoes over the cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
