Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb hot Mexican cheese
  • 2 cans tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a baking dish to form the first layer.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chuck and hot sausage until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the cooked meats to the baking dish over the beans.
  4. Cut the Velveeta cheese and hot Mexican cheese into chunks and layer on top of the meat mixture.
  5. Pour in the cans of tomatoes over the cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
