Ingredients

  • 5 lb. jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 pkg. garlic, peeled
  • 10 large onions, peeled
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 pt. oil
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 qt. water

Instructions

  1. Grind together jalapeno peppers, garlic, and onions.
  2. Put the mixture in a crock pot (not aluminum).
  3. Add salt and enough water to cover the mixture.
  4. Let set for 2 hours, then drain.
  5. Add oil, vinegar, and water to the mixture.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Seal in hot jars.
