- Boil the tortellini for 8 minutes and drain.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a skillet and sauté mushrooms and spinach until tender.
- Sprinkle garlic powder to taste over the sautéed vegetables.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a saucepan, add brick cheese and mozzarella cheese, and cook with milk until creamy.
- Mix the cooked tortellini with the cheese sauce and sautéed vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm.
