Ingredients

  • 2 - 16 oz cans of garbanzo beans, reserve liquid
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 lemons, squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Shell the garbanzo beans if you want a finer consistency.
  2. Squeeze the lemons and add all ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding bean liquid to reach desired dip consistency.
