Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen swordfish or other fish steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. Cut fish into 4 serving size portions.
  3. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, mix orange juice, lemon juice, cooking oil, catsup, dried oregano, and pepper.
  5. Place fish portions in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them.
  6. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  8. Cook fish for about 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
  9. Serve hot with extra orange sauce if desired.
