Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 large lemons
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp tahini paste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush garlic and salt together.
  2. Add drained chickpeas, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and tahini paste to the bowl.
  3. Blend with a hand blender or mixer until smooth.
  4. Serve with Lebanese bread or pita chips.
