Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. prepared barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion or dry onions
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease or line muffin pans.
  2. Brown ground beef; drain.
  3. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
  4. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
