I-Can-Help Orange Balls

Sweet orange-flavored cookie balls with a crunchy vanilla wafer exterior and a soft, tangy orange center, perfect for parties or a delightful snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 box xxx sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice

Instructions

  1. Put wafers in a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin or a straight edge glass turned on its side.
  2. Mix crushed wafers with softened margarine using a spoon.
  3. Add sugar (minus 1/2 cup) and frozen orange juice, then mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Put remaining sugar in a bowl and roll the balls in the sugar to coat.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
