Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut
  • 1 can pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1 pkg cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Rub the salad bowl with garlic to add flavor.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients including broccoli, olives, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and water chestnuts.
  3. Pour Wishbone Italian dressing over the mixed ingredients.
  4. Marinate the salad overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled; keeps well for up to one week.
