Ice Cream Cone Pie
A delightful no-bake dessert combining crunchy almond and cone crumbs with creamy ice cream, perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet treat for all ages.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place almonds on a baking sheet and toast, stirring occasionally until lightly browned (10 to 12 minutes). Cool completely.
- Crush sugar cones into small pieces using a rolling pin and waxed paper.
- Place toasted almonds and crushed cones in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir chocolate chips and butter in a small, heavy saucepan over low heat until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cone and almond mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Press 1/3 of the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Spread half of the softened ice cream over the crumb layer.
- Repeat with 2 more layers of crumbs and ice cream, ending with a crumb layer on top; press down gently to help adhere.
- Cover with foil and freeze until firm.
- The pie can be frozen up to 1 month if desired.
