Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 pt. half and half

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs very, very well.
  2. Add sugar and salt to the beaten eggs.
  3. Beat several minutes until fluffy and sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add whipping cream, half and half, and vanilla.
  5. Beat several minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a freezer container.
  7. Fill with milk to about 1/2 inch below the fill line.
  8. Use an electric or hand freezer to freeze the mixture.
