Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients (cocoa, sugar, flour, salt) in a saucepan.
  2. Add water to the dry mixture and bring to a boil; cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add milk to the mixture and chill until cold.
  4. Serve very cold with whipped cream or ice cream as a garnish.
