Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 squares chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, milk, chocolate, and corn syrup slowly until the chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
  2. Boil without stirring until the mixture forms a firm ball when dropped into cold water.
  3. Remove from heat, add butter, and beat until thick.
  4. Pour into a pan and place in the refrigerator to cool quickly.
  5. Allow the fudge to cool slowly at room temperature.
  6. Do not beat; let it cool on the countertop.
