Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 quart stewed tomatoes
  • 1 package grated Cheddar cheese or 6 to 8 slices

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked hamburger, chopped cooked onion, and stewed tomatoes in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of cooked elbow macaroni over the ingredients.
  3. Top with grated Cheddar cheese or slices of cheese.
  4. Repeat the layering process and finish with a layer of cheese on top.
  5. Place in a 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
