Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. onion juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • red pepper
  • pimento

Instructions

  1. Grate sharp cheese; let stand with cream cheese until soft. Add all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Shape with plastic wrap.
  3. Roll in grated pecans.
  4. Refrigerate.
