Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 6 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 1 package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 pound bacon, fried crisp and broken up

Instructions

  1. Layer shredded lettuce, chopped celery, and frozen peas into a large deep casserole dish.
  2. Add the cooked, crumbled bacon on top of the layered ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle the dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix over the final layer.
  4. Spread Miracle Whip evenly over the top as icing.
  5. Chill the salad for at least 8 hours before serving.
  6. Mix well before serving.
