Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 bags frozen mixed veggies
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
  3. Gradually add water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  4. Add bouillon cubes and frozen mixed vegetables to the pot.
  5. Heat the soup until all ingredients are heated through and flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot.
