Ingredients

  • Minute steak or ground round patty
  • 1 small potato, peeled and quartered
  • 1 carrot, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 slice onion, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 ring green pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wrap all ingredients in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
